We have focused our practice on the representation of clients in landlord-tenant matters and related real estate transactions. We represent a diverse group of clients, ranging from large national property management groups maintaining apartment communities in the Central Virginia area to individuals renting single family homes.

Each of our attorneys earned membership in the Virginia Bar in the 1980’s and have been consistently engaged in the private practice of law since that time. Our clients are the beneficiaries of our solid experience and expertise. We regularly represent our landlord clients in courtrooms in the central Virginia area. In addition to our courtroom practice, both attorneys are frequent lecturers on landlord-tenant matters and involved in local and state-wide trade organizations.
