            Linda S. Price and Elizabeth Godwin-Jones have been representing landlords in court disputes over rent and behavior matters for over 20 years each.  In 2000, they combined their efforts to form the law firm of Godwin-Jones & Price, which focuses on landlord-tenant and real estate issues.

            Linda and Beth have lectured frequently on landlord-tenant matters.  They are active in both the Richmond Apartment Management Association and the Richmond Apartment Owners Association.  The firm appears in most courts in the Central Virginia area on a regular basis.
