Elizabeth Godwin-Jones

Elizabeth Godwin-Jones graduated with honors from Iowa State University with a B.A. in German. While at Iowa State she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She received a Masters degree in German linguistics from the University of Illinois and studied Low German dialects for one year as a Fulbright scholar at the University of Munster, Germany. She studied law for one year at the Universite de Pau in France and received a license en droit degree avec mention. She received a J.D. degree from Georgetown University and practiced as a sole practitioner from 1984–2000.


Linda S. Price

Linda Price is a partner with the Richmond law firm of Godwin-Jones and Price, P.C. where she devotes her practice to Landlord-Tenant law. She is involved on a daily basis in the resolution of residential landlord tenant matters and frequently litigates landlord-tenant issues before the local courts. Linda received her B.S. degree, with high honors, from Virginia Commonwealth University and her J.D. degree from the College of William and Mary. She has previously spoken on residential evictions for the National Business Institute, Inc. and as part of that presentation, she co-authored the National Business Institute, Inc. publication Residential and Commercial Evictions in Virginia. Linda is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Creditors’ Bar Association, Richmond Apartment Management Association and the Richmond Apartment Owners Association.
